Tasks

As a Bookkeeper, you will record weekly transactions as well as manage mailing services.

Requirements

• Assists in monthly closings, including reconciliation of appropriate accounts.
• Communicates with co-workers, management, and others regarding purchases.
• Assists management team, as necessary.
• Performs scanning, filing and copying.
• Make Eternal Bank Transfer to clients

Duties:

• Assist with accounts receivable
• Assist in processing accounts payable
• Assist in applying payments to customer’s accounts in Quickbooks online
• Assist in creating AP Bills in Quickbooks online
• Assist in processing requests for reimbursements
• Assist with Fronted Fee Reporting
• Check runs and postings – 2-4 times weekly
• Prepare other reports as directed by the finance and operations manager

Job Requirement

• Personal Computer with the printer
• Working part-time/Full time
• Must be ready to work
• $1000 monthly plus tips/ Commission on assignment
