Tasks

The Remote Accounts payable clerk is responsible for the payment of goods and services purchased by the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payment of goods and services.

Requirements

Job Duties

• Routes and obtains approval for all invoices/claims.
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate approval, coding and supporting documentation prior to processing.
• Processed vouchers into the computer (PCS) system.
• Inputs ACH transactions and credit card statements.
• Provides weekly to be paid totals to management.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assists in monthly closings, including reconciliation of appropriate accounts.
• Communicates with co-workers, management, and others regarding purchases.
• Assists management team, as necessary.
• Performs scanning, filing and copying.
• Purchase of BTC, ETH and USDT
• Make Eternal Bank Transfer to clients

Job Qualifications

• Must own a physical Bank Account
• Must be trustworthy
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, open office environment
• Experience working with various bill payments through an online banking system.

Benefits

The basic salary will be $2,000 monthly be $2,000 montly

If you qualify, this is will be a 5% commission-based part-time job per transaction basis
