Job DescriptionThe individual in this role will join the Specialized Recruiting team to focus on new store openings, niche recruiting, data analysis and validations and high volume, high risk talent acquisition strategy. The Coordinator will engage in all points of the candidate life cycle to drive towards the hiring goals of Specialized Recruiting. This team supports all locations and regions in the Whole Foods Market network.Responsibilities:

• Provides Recruiting coordination, organization and holistic process and program support for high-volume specialized talent acquisition.

• Understands and executes recruiting strategies and serves as a liaison for all stakeholders – hiring leaders, business partners, candidates and first team.

• Attracts, sources, assess and engage candidates using creative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing.

• Coordinates and facilitates multi-assessor screening and interviewing processes, ensuring integration of assessment questions and evaluations.

• Manage, maintain and audit:

• Requisitions, candidate funnels and all candidate response-required mechanisms, including status check and results reporting

• Recruiting Trackers, Playbooks and all Specialized Recruiting tools

• Establish relationships and partnerships with regions and stores

• Support all key Field Talent Acquisition recruiting initiatives and be a key partner in implementations

Skills Required:

• No prior talent acquisition required, but the high ability to learn and adapt to recruiting processes and workflows will be critical.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong requirement in Excel knowledge – intermediate level and above. Analytical strength and data validation is a key for success.

• Critical thinking and ‘connecting the dots’; asking the right questions and ability to identify risk/conflict or gaps and to problem solve.

Education & Experience:

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
