Job Description WildWorks, Inc. is looking for Audience Support Representatives (ASRs) to assist with our safety and support efforts across our various games and apps. These individuals will work closely with our in-house Community Team to help foster an engaging and positive community experience for all of our users.

Project Responsibilities

• Interact with users, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts on various social media platforms
• Assist with account inquiries and answering common questions about our products
• Attend project discussions (remotely, via web conferencing)
• Review and discuss sensitive/heavy situations in a mature and professional manner
• Relay expert-level knowledge of Animal Jam to users in an easy-to-digest way

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and professional experience with the major social media platforms: TikTok, FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Live streaming experience is a plus
• Fluent in pop culture, internet slang, and colloquialisms
• Enjoys video games, movies, music, and social media
• Have a positive, can-do attitude. You’re flexible and have no problem quickly switching gears to better accommodate the needs of our players and team
• Value accountability across the board and take ownership of issues from start to finish
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
• Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible in order to meet changing business needs
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Previous experience in online moderation, customer support, or community management
• Experience working directly with youth (children or teens) is a plus
• Prior contract experience, remote work, and work with minimal supervision a plus
• Degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field a plus
