Willis Towers Watson Hiring for Carrier Integration Specialist at Austin, Texas Full Time

The Integration Specialist will manage onboarding’s impacting enrollment files with our carrier partners, create or maintain process documentation for enrollment file update (dispatchers) and manage and update onboarding documents for internal and external teams. The expectation is the specialist will work with our carrier partners and internal teams while become a subject matter expert on enrollment file onboarding and present process documentation that can be shared with internal teams. The specialist will become knowledgeable of onboarding best practices ensuring the documentation is efficient.

The Responsibilities:

• Dispatcher Updates

• Projects involving dispatchers- App man transitions

• Maintenance updates

• Confluence process pages- documenting processes

• Expansion packet for CAM/CES & Update Carrier integration guides annually

• Product Research

• Project ownership

The Requirements:

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to building professional relationships internally and externally

• Ability to create new and update processes documentation

• Ability to understand and communicate timelines

• Experience and knowledge of excel/SmartSheet, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Jira

• Experience and knowledge of different file layouts, API, Excel, TXT, CSV and XML

• Ability to research products and present to internal teams
