Willis Towers Watson Hiring for Help Desk Analyst – Corporate Systems Applications at Melville, New York Full Time

This role will be part of the Services Management Team working within IT, specifically Corporate Applications. Candidates with a Help Desk background (not on the technical side) on the functional applications side may be a good fit.

The Role

This role will be part of the Services Management Team working within IT, specifically Corporate Applications. Candidates with a Help Desk background (not on the technical side) on the functional applications side may be a good fit. This role will be providing access and assisting to resolve errors/problems within applications supported by Corporate Applications. We are not looking for a DBA or Systems Analyst as this will be a functional support role within Oracle, TCT and other applications. The position would be considered as Level 1 support person. Previous Oracle experience, Sharepoint/TCT, and/or banking portal experience is highly preferred if not required. Degree or equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Ability to manage several application requests in a timely manner; Specifically:

• Oracle ERP Suite

• TCT (sharepoint type tool)

• Enterprise Management Reporting

• Bank Portal Administration (access Administration)

Manage tickets in our case management tool – ServiceCentral

The Requirements

• Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlines

• Previous Oracle experience

• Sharepoint/TCT experience

• banking portal experience is preferred but not required
