Position Details:
Window Well Supply is looking for a Fully Remote Part Time Office Assistant in a fast paced small business. We are a small business, however we are growing fast and we need someone who wants to learn and grow with us. Previous office experience is necessary but other than that, if you’re smart, eager, able to work independently, able to figure things out on your own, fearless, able to accept feedback, willing to constantly learn and grow, than this could be your next position.
The best part is: our office staff is fully remote and we plan to keep it that way, so you must be able to manage your time effectively and be self motivated every day. You will occasionally need to meet at production facility for training and inventory control, but other than that, you can work from the comfort of your home.
We offer a chance to learn many different facets of a business including customer service, sales, shipping and receiving, invoicing, quoting, inventory, purchasing and many, many more job responsibilities.
Here are some of the job responsibilities:
– Answer phones
– Taking orders
– Confirming orders
– Quoting
– Invoicing
– Shipping orders
– Receiving orders and inventory
– Working with Vendors
– Problem solving
Qualifications/Skills:
– Ability to solve office related malfunctions, like phone outages, etc
– Ability to use Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Docs Word/Spreadsheet
– Ability to use a CRM and ERP software
– Custom Service or Sales experience a plus
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Reliable with patience and professionalism
– Organized
– Detail oriented
– Never says the phrase “that’s not my job”
– Strong desire to learn with us
– Excited for new process improvements
– Willingness to adapt to change
Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Demands: Generally works in an office environment
Pay: $16.00 per hour
