Windsor Chiropractic Health Centre is looking to add a new member to our front staff team. Job Description: – Helping patients book appointments on the phone and in person. – Billing for appointments – Managing waitlists – Patient re-calls, following up on cancellations and missed appointments. – Light cleaning- dusting, vacuum – Part-time with a mix of days and evenings. The Successful Applicant: – Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare setting – Excellent customer service skills – Strong attention to detail – Good organizational skills
