Day to Day – nitty, but not the gritty:

• Perform daily administrative duties
• Make travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
• Create and maintain files
• Review all incoming correspondence; handle or disseminate as required
• Assist Training Department in coordinating classes
• Prepare expense reports and handle all department invoices for payment
• Coordinate company functions
• Put together presentation and renovation presentations books
• Research as it pertains to possible acquisitions
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service experience
• Experience in event planning
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• A polished, professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced office

Compensation Range: $65k – $70k + 5% bonus
