ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure that the office is well-maintained, organized and secure
Coordinate and oversee the day to day management of the office.
Compose and prepare written documentation and correspondence for the office.
Heavy Filing and scanning of documents.
Maintain appointment schedules, emails, and other special projects, as required
Be proactive and anticipate potential challenges
Help organize and go through incoming material, providing notes and coverage on submissions and project drafts
Organizes, prioritizes and archives folders/documents as requested/needed
Manage, organize, and safeguard confidential material, displaying the utmost level of discretion and ethical standards.

High proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
