Windsor Sanitation, Inc the ideal candidate has clerical experience, and proactively solving issues, process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position requires a minimum 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. This position will work under supervision and will report to management. The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards. this position will be in office monday through friday.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information, upgrading services on accounts
• Contribute to TEAM effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person who handles the specific need of the customer
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution
• File documents as needed
• Greet visitors
• Assist with placement of orders, process payments and issue refunds

Qualifications

• At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
