Network Analyst I/II-NOC
This is a 3rd shift position that focuses on network provisioning to support the Kinetic department. This role will require extensive knowledge provisioning a wide range of services, from SS7 circuits to 10Gig circuits. This role also assists with the restoration of unplanned impact from 2nd or 1st shift maintenance events that flow over to day shift as well as adding and removing network equipment for the engineering department in the network servers. This position also assists with staffing a 24×7 bridge that is used for operations to install and remove equipment in the field.
What You’ll Do:
Provision news services and disconnects on the Kinetic network
Support and coordinate an unplanned impact from 2nd shift maintenance events. This involves opening a bridge, coordinating restoration with OSP management, update appropriate tickets, and confirm impact with NOC verticals
Staff a 24×7 bridge for equipment adds and removals
Define and analyze current gaps and recommend solutions.
Establish training, and job aid documentation to improve workflow and educate users.
Provisioning related to network grooms and site decommissioning projects
Process tickets for new node adds and removals
Support projects related to Kinetic that require provisioning of new services, disconnects, and/or grooms.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
This is 3rd shift
Associate Degree in a technical discpline and 4-6 years technical/telephony experience with 4 years directly related to the job; or 7 years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
