Job Summary
Responsible for performing clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing, answering phones, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.Primary Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients warmly.
• Assist in filing duties.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
• Compile financial records.
• Help organize office activities.

• Insert bills in envelopes and mail.

• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, Printer, scanners and personal computers.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail.

• Perform data entry.

• Must know basic MS-Office & Internet access.
• Reply mails.
• Prepare & email payroll related work.
• Order printing paper, ink, pens, paper clips, staplers, files and folders, and correction fluid.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• South Plainfield, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
