Dental Receptionist (Sun Prairie, WI)

Our advanced implant dentistry private practice located in Sun Prairie, WI is looking for an amazing person with a warm, caring and fun personality, strong customer service focus and motivation to learn new skills. Ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude, strong communication skills and genuine interest in helping others.

Previous dental experience is not required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and maintain (1) doctor and (1) hygienist schedules.
• Comfortable asking for and accepting payment from patients.
• Submit electronic insurance claims for our patients.
• Communicate with other referring dental clinics.
• Communicate with patients in a warm, compassionate and friendly way in person and on the phone.
• Work independently as well as part of the team.

• Have a can-do attitude, be eager to learn and be genuinely interested in helping others (patients and team).

This position is Full-Time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:30am – 4:30/5:00pm.
