Wisenbaker Builder Services is one of the largest flooring, cabinet, countertop, and window covering manufacturing and installation companies in the nation. We currently service the following Texas housing markets: Houston, Dallas-Ft Worth, Austin, San Antonio. We have offices in Asia to support our global sourcing activities in addition to stone production operations in Brazil. Our focus is on the residential home building industry to which we bring a full complement of products and programs. In addition, we provide support to the building industry through our company-owned and operated Design Studios.

Job Purpose

The data entry clerk reviews and enters selections provided by the customer into the Wisenbaker Services database timely and correctly.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Enter flooring and manufactured good selections into computer database within 24-48 hours of receipt.
• Enter in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates.
• Scan in all documents for each quote entered.
• Enter revisions and or changes and delete old selections when applicable.
• Double check all selections entered for accuracy.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Qualifications include:

• Minimum High School Diploma Required
• Two years administrative experience a plus
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
• Possess problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer skills a plus- Microsoft Office, Email etiquette

Working Conditions

• No direct contact to customers, however internal communication is required therefore professionalism and good customer service skills are very vital to this role.
