Job Purpose

The data entry clerk reviews and enters selections provided by the customer into WBS database timely and correctly.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Manually enter flooring and manufactured good selections into the Echelon program within 24-48 hours of receipt.
• Import selections from the VEO Design Studio system into the Echelon program.
• Enter in carpet exclusions and request trim estimates.
• Scan in all documents for each quote entered.
• Enter revisions and or changes and delete old selections when applicable.
• Double check all selections entered for accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for other inside operations roles as requested by management.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Minimum High School Diploma Required
• Two years administrative experience a plus
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline
• Possess problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer skills a plus- Microsoft Office, Email etiquette

Working Conditions

• No direct contact to customers, however internal communication is required therefore professionalism and good customer service skills are very vital to this role.
