ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Serve customers and/or visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls on multi-line phone, while providing basic information when needed
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.
• Willingness to assist other departments as needed
• Assist with daily invoice processing

REQUIREMENTS: * Must uphold and exhibit strong moral and ethical conduct – Honesty & Integrity are paramount

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, willingness to learn CDK IntelliDealer
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Spanish-speaking
• Professional appearance
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Be able to work from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour
