Shift Supervisor / Team Leader

Full Time • Whistling Kettle-Ballston Spa

Seeking a qualified individual for our front of house supervisor / shift leader position. This is a hands on position – supervisors will work active positions such as greeter, barista, counter sales. Supervisors are paid an hourly rate plus part of the tip pool.

Supervisor responsibilities include:

• Maintaining physical store appearance (keeping area clean and well organized)

• Maintaining inventory and supplies needed

• Delegating all the required job duties to staff and ensure they are following our procedures and systems

• Training new team members

• Opening / Closing store

• Working with home store manager to ensure a smooth running operation

Qualified candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Retail / Restaurant experience preferred

• Supervisory experience a plus

• Familiarity with office, e-mail and willingness to learn our systems

• Weekend availability a must

Benefits and Perks:

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
