We have a Direct Hire opportunity in Houston, TX!

This is a Full-Time opportunity as a Data Entry! This position is with a well-known/well established Organization & they are looking to grow their team.

Duties:

This position will act as a full-service representative to the Supply Chain customers as well as interface with all customer areas affected including users, engineers, developers and operations/support personnel. The individual will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the development of the supply chain customer including assists in defining objectives, development of detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works in a team environment to support the Supply Chain Manager and/or Supply Chain Engineer to accomplish their essential duties and responsibilities with regards to a specific supply chain customer.
• Work with other onsite personnel (or vendor personnel) to provide service including pulling parts, cross referencing descriptions and order entry to receipt.
• Expedite orders as requested by the customer through interactions with vendors, TSP Mfg. personnel and customer personnel.
• As needed, act as customer’s on-site expert by attending production and engineering meetings and then providing appropriate follow up.
• Provide support to all members of the supply chain team to facilitate optimal customer service from quote to delivery.

Qualifications:

The individual must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos and be able to write simple correspondence. The individual must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. The individual will need to calculate figures and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is a must as well as a deep knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point applications.

Education and/or Experience

Individual must have a Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
