Our bakery is located at 2095 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga is currently recruiting for Part-Time General Help – Packer – Day Shift. Starting rate $18/hour. This position operates on 12-hour continental shift schedule.

Job Title – Part-Time General Help Continental Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Performing general help duties through the facility, including but not limited to packing bread, QA inspection, sanitation, etc.
• Safely perform duties as assigned within production lines; may include packaging, sorting, picking etc
• Pack fresh product into bags and boxes.
• Ensure quality of product is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Other labour duties as needed

Requirements:

• Lifting required up to 50 lbs
• Maintain productivity in a fast paced operation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Understand and apply standard practice instructions
• Attention to detail. Good organizational skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Adheres to all safety and good manufacturing practices
• Must be available full time and able to perform during long hours of shift.
