We are looking for a versatile, “jack-of-all trades’ office manager to join our team part time and support all business operations, including responsibilities managing the physical office in Louisburg, NC and traditional executive assistant responsibilities supporting the owner/operator of the business. You will own a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing phones and emails.
**This is a PT position (20-30 hours/week)!**
For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage the office space while supporting the owner and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be working hand in hand supporting the owner of the business and ensuring the day-to-day office operations run smoothly—transparency and open communication is a must!
