This essential leader supervises guest services supervisors, guest service clerks, bell staff, pbx operators, & van drivers. guest services functions, resort operator functions, and the inn van transportation services. Responsible for departmental scheduling, employee management and systems management while achieving the overall performance standards of the department in the areas of guest hospitality, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and general ambience.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field. Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Supervisor in a four or five diamond resort or hotel desired.
