About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Reporting to the National Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Relationship Lead will be responsible for raising awareness of the customer frictions that generate contacts in the Contact Centre and work across a number of business teams to identify and drive solutions while communicating direction, status and options.
This is a key role where you will be the bridging person between the Customer Care team and CDX tribes and squads to identify issues and deliver improvements to reduce customer pain points and contacts in Customer Care. You will be responsible for all steps in the process from reviewing and suggesting changes to implementing automation solutions.
