About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Reporting to the Chapter Lead Brand, you will shape how we will engage with our customers about our relationship with the economic growth of New Zealand, our communities, sustainability and meeting our 2025 Committments towards People, Planet & Prosperity. These issues contribute significantly to our Brand NPS and a significant part of our corporate reputation and connect you to all areas in the business and impact significantly on all customer segments.
About You | Mōu
We are looking for an experienced marketer who is familiar with creating awareness for products, initiatives and campaigns, understands the complexities of retail, has strong commercial acumen and is able to balance both long-term brand aspirations as well as short-term sales goals. You strive in a fast-paced environment and you are an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You are passionate about sustainability, and its impact on the economy and its people, you care for communities and understand what role big organisations could and should play across Aotearoa. You put the customer first and you are not afraid to challenge ideas and push boundaries to deliver successfully, manage priorities and have some comfort in working within an agile working environment (squads, tribes or chapters) or be prepared to operate within such ways of workings.
A degree level qualification in Marketing would be highly desirable.
