Summer Resort Representatives – Austria, Switzerland & Italy

Immediate starts.

We are currently looking to recruit experienced summer Resort Representatives for our very popular Lakes & Mountains holidays.

These holidays are aimed at active holiday makers who love to spend time trekking, cycling and exploring the beautiful parts of Austria, Italy (both the Lakes and Mountains) or Switzerland.

As the Resort Representative you will be the local expert on the ground and manage all aspects of our guests’ holidays from providing them with everything they need to get going on the mountain or explore the lakes and fantastic local sites.

Our Resort Representatives will organise suitable excursions and activities to really make our guests’ holidays extra-special. Alongside this you will provide your guests with continuous support and deal with any questions or issues promptly and expertly.

You may also have to accompany guests on walking tours and/or guide coach excursions as required – depending upon the resorts in which these services are offered.

You will also be responsible for managing our relationships with local suppliers and Hoteliers and help produce reports on resort performance each week.

Supported by an experienced Senior Management team, these opportunities are ideal for people who love to explore the great outdoors while ensuring that our guests have fantastic experiences to remember.
