Administrative Assistant Duties:

Requisition entering, day to day operations of the office

3 years of experience

The candidate has to have previous Budget experience: Invoicing, purchase orders.

Basic/Intermediate MS suites

Majority onsite and 1 day a week would be WFH.

There is no travel involved

Administrative assistant for assembly production engineering department

Coordinate daily departmental functions related to the following tasks within the department:

Operating budget management

Peoplesoft Financials Requisition entry, tracking, invoicing

Manage budget tracking file

Weekly schedule coordination and management

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2. Excellent organization and time management skills

3. Calendar management

4. At least 3 years in a similar role in a large global organization

5. Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
