About The Role
We are the UI teams at Workday — primarily responsible for delivering new platform capabilities to our customers (internal and external) with our unique framework which provides customers a place where they can find a complete view of their functional area. We are engineers with a customer-first mentality and our teams comprise of client engineers, server engineers and QA engineers all in one agile scrum team.
Workday User Interface is generated dynamically from metadata. Our engineers focus on building beautiful user experiences without worrying about the application logic. Built on modern, standards-based technologies, UI is meticulously crafted – and deployed continuously to customers using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $118,400 – $177,600
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $112,500 – $204,000
