Workforce Logiq Hiring for Project Coordinator at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Submit purchase order requests and receipts
• Manage customer supplier invoicing process including payment and status reporting
• Help gather updates to include in monthly financial forecast
• Basic data pulling/reviewing/entry into templates
• Support management of supplier engagements using tracking tools
• Submit new supplier setup requests
• Help gather updates on status of contracts
• Support the onboarding process by populating new hire worksheets with appropriate details and submitting equipment/access requests
• Support team building and offsite planning efforts throughout the year
• Help manage Growth Manager deliverables and other requests of the team
• Support the hiring process by posting jobs online and scheduling interviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 
  5 years of similar or very relevant experience
• 
  Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or other project tools
• Strong Organizational skills
• Ability to track and follow up on multiple deliverables
• Ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguous asks
• Ability to drive execution and overcome roadblocks
• Influencing without authority to ensure deliverables are completed by other more senior team members and contractors
• Positive attitude and willingness to wear many hats
• Project management and coordination
• 
  Prior experience managing invoice processes and supporting department finances
