Overview:
Workforce Logiq by ProUnlimited is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant. Fully remote. $55-57hrly.
The Senior Executive Assistant will work with Calendar management: Scheduling meetings with internal and external parties for the Cox Edge team, proactively managing calendar conflicts for the General Manager
Meeting management: Working with meeting stakeholders to ensure logistics are in place for larger group meetings
Managing monthly expense report: Gathering receipts across the team and accountability for submitting report on time each month.
Lead all logistics and coordination for the team’s quarterly and annual offsites.
Track key customer and internal stakeholder relationships and follow through to ensure cross functional discussions take place at the right time, forum and set-up.
Manage prioritization, acceptance and scheduling of all incoming public speaking, networking and other PR opportunities for the General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provides a variety of clerical, data entry and administrative support duties for departments, functional groups and/or executives.
- Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative support for the President.
- Prepares correspondence and reports. May respond to inquiries on behalf of the President.
- Prepares high quality presentations, reports, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages.
- Researches, analyzes, develops and administers management projects of specialized nature; summarizes and presents findings.
- Prioritize and resolve inquires (phone, email, in-person).
- Act as a liaison between the department and external groups.
- Provide on-going project support, specific to unit, including research and analysis.
- Explain policy/procedures to other parties based on knowledge of company and department guidelines.
- Prepares operating reports such as budget expenditures, statistical reports, or performance measures.
- Analyze, write, and summarize data from multiple sources.
- Coordinates travel and meeting needs and arrangements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as an executive assistant or coordinator working in a corporate environment
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven record of ability to take ownership of tasks and address roadblocks that may come up to ensure task is completed
- Effective communicator – proven record of ability to work across multiple teams (internal & external)
