What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support business processes, systems, and structures to enhance the delivery and user experiences of business transformation solutions for public career online and offline services
• Establish periodic reviews to ensure improvements to business processes and systemic enhancements, where required
• Coordinate with IT department to ensure systems are compliant with existing government policies and guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for workplace digitalization and implement them using tools such as UiPath, Python etc
• Facilitate the sharing of system related data with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that access controls and data protection measures are in place
• Update management regularly on ongoing business process reviews

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and digitalisation & automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA),

• Deliver effective written communication/ report writing
• Speak clearly and in a concise manner

(B) Other Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, planning, soliciting and analysis of business requirements for system implementation
• Meticulous knowledge of system platforms and feel comfortable discussing requirements (both technical and business) with different stakeholders
• Good written and spoken communication skills with ability to work closely with internal and external teams
• Able to take the initiative to address challenges and issues at work; and multi-task
• Working knowledge and/or keen interest in a variety of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision tree, random forest, artificial neural networks, etc.), will be advantageous
