Workforce Singapore Hiring For Manager / Senior Manager, Strategy and Corporate Planning [SRPD] at Singapore Full Time

What you will be working on

• Collaborate with WSG divisions in identifying short- and medium-term strategic directions to shape WSG’s corporate goals and priorities
• Monitor and review WSG’s corporate performance for regular reporting to WSG Board and senior management
• Assess requests from Ministries and other agencies as well as parliamentary queries, and co-ordinate WSG’s response across WSG divisions
• Perform secretariat duties for inter-agency meetings, such as the National Jobs Council

Working Group, WSG Board and key management meetings including ministerial level meetings

• Conceptualise and organise WSG Board or senior management retreats when the need arises

Knowledge/Skills

• Possess good communication, writing and presentation skills
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and sense-making skills
• Possess basic understanding of labour market concepts
• Possess good coordination, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office

• Able to grasp concepts quickly and integrate broad spectrum of information into a coherent framework
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage external and internal stakeholders for collaboration
• Perceptive and able to problem-solve and work independently
• Resourceful, responsive, and pro-active in managing work assignments
• Comfortable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and handle work tasks with a short turnaround time
