About The Role

Assist and resolve our customer enquiries via phone and email and to provide accurate, valid and complete information to our customer. Crucial to the role as well is to support Sales team and provide accurate information on orders, stock, backorder ETA’s and supply information while they are travelling on customer visits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond and resolve customer enquiries received.
• Processing and managing orders on our ERP system.
• Provide accurate information on orders, stock, backorder ETA’s, new style setups and supply information to the Sales team while they are travelling on customer visits.
• Assist with telephone account management of smaller direct customers.
• Contact indirect customer and offer alternative products where products are no longer available.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and Account Managers regarding customer queries and issues where appropriate.
• Supporting other customer service team members and any other ad hoc duties

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to identify and solve problems independently.
• Be Tech-Savvy
• Fast and accurate data entry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Basic/Intermediate Excel/Word Skills
