Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: New York, USA (Hybrid or remote)
Salary: up to £$100,000 depending on experience

World Animal Protection is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager or Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the entire digital marketing program in the US and to manage the launch of World Animal Protection’s new website in 2023.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Digital or Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will take ownership of all aspects of digital marketing in the US and is passionate about making a difference for animals, the planet, and people.

What will you be doing as the (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager?

? Take the lead role in launching our new website
? Coordinate US involvement in all new International digital initiatives
? Liaise with the International team to obtain digital elements for new and existing World Animal Protection campaigns
? Manage the US website development / e-communications calendar, SMS communication, digital advertising including strategy, budgets and content, coordinating across all departments
? Identify and implement strategy and execution of all digital advertising including optimization, ROAS and lifetime ROI
? Test innovative digital concepts and recommend technology and vendors to support digital and marketing goals
? Managing one direct report – Marketing & Communications Assistant

Who are we looking for?

? Experience in Drupal is essential
? Proven success in digital marketing management and delivery on KPIs
? Experience with SEO/SEM optimization
? Experience in any or all of the following: Blackbaud Luminate, Marketo, Wordpress, Google Analytics Google Display and Adwords, Hootsuite
? Some coding experience is desirable
? Alignment with the organization’s values and mission
