02 The Job As Field Services Delivery Manager, you will manage field to product service deliverables by maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness to World Vision sponsors. Facilitate timely, accurate and effective communications between World Vision US, National Offices, the Global Center and sponsors. Influence the field-to-product marketing value chain by ensuring designated work portfolios achieve set outcomes, improving the field to donor experience and positively influencing the retention rates of sponsors.
