Role: On-Call Copywriter – Internal Creative Agency
Level: Associate to mid-level (minimum of 3-5 year of professional experience).
Compensation Range: $25-40/hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: As an on-call writer you’ll have a more flexible schedule, yet reliability is important. We prefer at least 10-12 hours per week that are regularly scheduled during our core meeting hours of 10-4:30 PST MON-THURS, 10-12 PST FRI, and an additional 8-10 hours to work on writing assignments that are flexible, keeping in mind the deadline-driven nature of our work.
Must-Have Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent work experience. In addition, this role requires at least 1-2 years of work experience in communications, editing, writing, publishing, and related areas (prefer 3 years). We’re open to considering Christian writers with a relatively limited portfolio and a related degree in Journalism, English, or Communications.
Location: Remote. U.S. Role can be based in 30+ states.

Copywriting here means writing for digital, print, social, as well as scripts that connect our supporters to the frontlines of work in nearly 100 countries around the world. We need your strong creative and story-driven voice to help carry out the mission, vision, and strategies of the organization.
