Role: Part-Time Contracts Administrator, Fundraising Operations
Location: Remote. U.S. Role can be based in 35+ States.
Required Experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (four years). In addition to education or education equivalent, requires 2-3 years work experience in accounts payable, billing reclassification, administration, operations, contracts or related general business area.
Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours/week, dependent upon business need.

04 The Job: In this role, the Contracts Administrator will support the administration of World Vision US’ contract agreements with partners including artists, influencers, private schools, organizations, tour representatives and vendors. The Contracts Administrator will ensure that contracts are processed in accordance with World Vision policies and procedures, are up to date, and that all relevant parties are in compliance. You will help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies, and personify the ministry of World Vision by witnessing to Christ and ministering to others through life, deed, word and sign.
