Role: Vision Trip Manager
Required experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (eight years). In addition to education or education equivalent. Requires a minimum of three years of project management experience. Exceptional customer service. Great communication skills. Knowledgeable of various virtual conference platforms (Zoom, Ring Central, etc.)
Preferred experience: Project Management certification. Experience with C-Vent systems. Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish. Prior experience arranging international travel. Knowledge of creative design, scripting, run of show development, story development and story telling, desired. Experience with training and coaching external and internal clients (i.e. fundraising colleagues, peers and staff). Knowledge on video editing, trimming and adding captions, highly desired.
Location: Strongly prefer candidates in Federal Way, WA or Washington, DC. Candidates in other locations can be based in 30+ U.S. states.

01The Role We are seeking a Vision Trip Manager who will create best-in-class international and domestic field experiences that transform the hearts of prospects and current donors by providing opportunities for personal experiences that educate, change hearts, promote long-term partnerships with World Vision, and result in increased revenue for the organization. You will oversee the work of project teams through the life-cycle of the trip from planning to implementation of vision trips. At World Vision we are going to the ends of the earth, often where no one else goes, to pull up the roots of poverty and plant the seeds of change. Help us carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies by working closely with our World Vision staff and donors regarding their vision trips.
