Landscape Construction Laborer

What you’ll do:

• Using hand and/or power tools or equipment to perform a wide range of landscape construction duties

• Planting

• Watering

• Laying sod

• Fertilizing

• Digging

• Raking

• Installing brick pavers and retaining walls

Skills we’re seeking:

• Use hand equipment with mechanized moving parts

• Use manual hand tools such as shovels

• Drive/ operate equipment such as a Truck with trailer, tractor, skid steer, etc.

• Moves soil, equipment, and materials, digs holes, and plant trees, shrubs and flowers.

• landscape experience preferred but not required

• Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/ Saturdays may be necessary)

• Part time employment may also be available

• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions

• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)

• Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 – $25.00 per hour

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
