About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and collaborative Social Account Director -a proven expert in growing brand awareness and engagement through strategic use of social communities and social-first content. This role is a Full-time 12-Month Fixed-term Contract.

You’ll have deep experience in leading relationships with clients’ and creating advocacy with fans and customers. Driving innovation in the social space for our clients, and bringing your skill to our integrated teams is what gets you excited.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of social media, content and influencer strategies and implementation
• Social audience and channel performance analysis, insights, learnings and recommendations based off social campaign successes
• Management and support of content creation for always on calendars and campaigns
• Day-to-day running of client accounts and overseeing running of brand pages
• Engagement with media, PR, account service, media, creative and production teams as needed
• Championing social media strategy and policy, being the go-to source for any social, content or influencer queries from across the agency
• Assisting with the development of integrated campaigns that involve and optimise social media and/or social content outputs
• Overseeing community management and content engagement
• Ensuring the delivery of all social media activity is consistent and co-ordinated across the organisation, and on-brand
• Drive overall knowledge of all areas of social and ensure this is put into practice to drive growth for the agency
• Managing and developing a Social Account Executive
• Management of client and job financials.

Required Experience/Skills/Capabilities

• At least 2 years’ experience in an Account Director role
• Experienced in the implementation of social strategies and managing social communities
• Advanced and up-to-date knowledge of social platforms and platform technologies
• Understanding of social ad campaign management within META Business Suite and audience targeting
• Demonstrated understanding of each social media platform and their respective roles in a channel strategy
• Strong understanding of niche audiences and how to maximise social media to increase reach and performance;
• In-depth knowledge and application of content strategy
• Proven experience working on influencer content campaign
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• The ability to proficiently produce, edit and post-produce audio visual content is preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to work quickly and see ideas from ideation to delivery, including concepting and copywriting
