This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for an Office Administrator working out of our San Francisco, CA office.

Your Impact

• Provides administrative support to staff in the Northern California district including communication and coordination of office activities, scheduling meetings, AV support and travel assistance.
• Responsible for general office administration including office upkeep and liaison with building management for maintenance requests, issues (i.e., AC/Heat service,) and building/parking access cards.
• Serves as receptionist, answer incoming calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ordering of office supplies and PPE, maintains phone list and welcomes guests, as assigned.
• Provides assistance for new hire onboarding and offboarding in communication with management, IT and building security.
• Processing of invoices, upkeep of inventory list for equipment, timecard administrator and support for other departments when requested.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience
• High School Diploma
• Must possess a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when interacting with colleagues, clients, guests and other employees in the office
• Must be a self-starter capable of taking on tasks with little direction or supervision
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and short deadlines as a strong team player
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to use discretion and confidentiality
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the engineer consulting industry
• Knowledge of Oracle and Adobe Professional
