WT Cox Information Services Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Remote Full Time

Job Summary

Assist Customer Service Specialists with various tasks. Satisfy customer claims and document appropriately using proprietary software. Position requires the ability to work efficiently, in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Receive customers’ claims and manage claims throughout resolution process.
• Contact publishers using telephone, fax or email to resolve claims and document results in customer file.
• Analyze transactions, correct records, and adjust errors.
• Interact with other departments as needed to verify payments and obtain needed documentation required to resolve claims.
• Trace status of orders through computerized database.
• Develop knowledge of industry and associated processes; understand average delivery times for printed materials, requirements for utilizing digital materials and similar data, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills * Customer Service and/or Administrative experience preferred.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to compose correspondence using proper English and grammar skills
• Pleasant telephone voice/manner.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Typing 45 wpm plus
