We are currently seeking an Order Support Specialist to join our team.

What You Will Do:

• You will be responsible for receiving order forms, entering the appropriate data and forwarding to the correct teams.
• You will follow up with team on action items & project updates, holding individuals & team members accountable to commitments.
• You will create & maintain project documentation on processes.
• You will have a strong focus on the customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
• You will grow the role into a customer support (tier 1) function.
• You may have the opportunity to help train our offshore team on the support process.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You will have 1+ Years of demonstrated success within a professional office setting.
• You will have good communication skills.
• You are very detail oriented and enjoy double checking the details.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• You will have good communication skills and are comfortable talking with many different people, which may include offshore quoters, architects, and sales representatives.
• You are comfortable and accurate with data entry.
