Data Entry Associate

We are looking for sometime to join our Wine Information team as a Data Entry Associate. This person will track and manage wine data into Navision / Vintegrate database through all stages of the winemaking process.

This role is based out of Novato, CA (Marin County) and has great flexibility between working from home and working in our Novato headquarters. We are open to candidates working in our office at least twice a week.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely input of data related to winemaking activities, bulk wine and additives inventory, and wine compliance tracking in Navision / Vintegrate.
• Coordinate with our winemaking teams on their bulk wine and cellar activities to ensure all movements, and additions are reflected in our systems.
• Process work orders across multiple facilities.
• Acquire data and records from custom crush facilities.
• During harvest, input weigh tags for grapes received
• Coordinate with assigned facility winemakers on monthly reconciliation of additives inventory.
• Ensure timely and accurate Company month-end close reporting for assigned winemaking facilities.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders for Winemaking department
• Support contract entries and management
• Provide general administrative support for the winemaking staff.
• Support members of the Wine Info & Logistics team as needed with bulk wine shipping schedules and data entry.
• Balance competing priorities and ensure essential functions are completed in a timely manner and/or by assigned date.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of data entry experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Teams
• Demonstrated experience with computers and data entry.
• Good computation skills with accuracy and legibility of records required.
• Extremely organized with acute attention to detail
• Knowledge of Navision, Vintegrate, Vintrace, Winemakers Database or other winery software a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles of inventory management a plus
• Familiarity and knowledge of basic wine compliance laws preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Time, priority, and resource management skills essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license

The salary range for this role is: $22-$28/hour

This is the typical hiring range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
