DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order processing and customers’ enquiries and attend to customer’s needs and propose solutions.
- Solving all the problems highlighted by customers.
- Support Finance Department to follow up on payment.
- Customer rebate, sales and month-end billing reporting.
- General filing.
- Work closely with the customer to obtain the forecast and demand planning for replenishing and delivery planning
- Take orders from customers and coordinate with the various parties to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with the internal departments to ensure customer requirements in terms of Delivery Date, Quantity and Quality are met.
- To provide back-up support and assistance to the sales team.
- Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- Pleasant and customer service oriented.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft words & excel.
- Experienced in SAP will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and good follow-up skills.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Salary: $2,200.00 – $3,500.00 per month
