DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order processing and customers’ enquiries and attend to customer’s needs and propose solutions.
• Solving all the problems highlighted by customers.
• Support Finance Department to follow up on payment.
• Customer rebate, sales and month-end billing reporting.
• General filing.
• Work closely with the customer to obtain the forecast and demand planning for replenishing and delivery planning
• Take orders from customers and coordinate with the various parties to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with the internal departments to ensure customer requirements in terms of Delivery Date, Quantity and Quality are met.
• To provide back-up support and assistance to the sales team.
• Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
• Pleasant and customer service oriented.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft words & excel.
• Experienced in SAP will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and good follow-up skills.
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Salary: $2,200.00 – $3,500.00 per month
