Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: communicating with customers, understanding their needs, introducing our clientele to other services we provide and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

To be successful as an Administrative Assistant you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. You should also be a good listener.

Administrative Assistant Responisbilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to customers.
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying service opportunities.
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information through email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Keeping the schedule accurate and full for our crews.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone skills and the ability to problem solve on the spot.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
