We are in search of an experienced administration assistant to help at our Cobble Hill office.
Key responsibilities
– Scheduling
– Billing, AR
– Answer & directing calls in a friendly, and helpful manner
– Preforming office functions & ensuring daily tasks are completed
Skills & Abilities
– Must have a BCDL
-Mac based computer knowledge (Pages & Numbers)
– Detail Orientated
– Strong Knowledge of general office procedures
– Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others
This job is currently part time with the possibility to move in to full time. 5 days a week, from 9am-1pm.
