About the role
Working in a high trust environment, you’ll draw upon your experience with modern mobile application design & development practices to help your highly talented and passionate team be set up for success, and then deliver on it. You will collaborate, code, mentor and help build product aimed at helping small businesses.
In this role, you will develop software for mobile products on the Android platform. You’ll continually drive delivery and continuous product improvement. You’ll work closely alongside Product and Design to ensure that you are aligning engineering initiatives with customer needs and outcomes.
What you’ll bring with you…
Previous experience with Kotlin
Knowledge and experience working with MVVM and clean architecture environments
High coding standards and an emphasis on unit testing
A passion for mobile engineering and the wider mobile community
Experience with mobile application design and development best practices
A natural desire to share knowledge, coach, and mentor team members
Experience delivering software in a modern agile environment
Growth mindset and not afraid of a #Challenge
