In this role you will create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for employees while effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This role focuses on enhancing the overall experience and well-being of employees within the organization

What Are The Responsibilities Of This Role

• Manage and maintain office facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
• Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize operations.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and develop solutions for employee-related issues.
• Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, and technology requirements.

What do I need to apply for this role?

• Experience or knowledge of employee experience best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish
• Availability to work on site (CDMX- La Roma)
