Yalochat is looking for extraordinary Personal Assistant to CEO located in Mexico City, to be a key talent for the growth of the company, giving administrative support and coordinating the operation, together with the Executive Management and with the multidisciplinary teams to success in the achievement of the daily goals and organizational objectives.

You enjoy understanding others’ points of view, and so out of issues promptly, that will allow you to anticipate situations, intuit the dynamics of the team, and seamlessly step into and out of workflows across the company.

What You Will Do

As Personal Assistant of CEO you will…

• Provide professional administrative support for CEO and ensure organized, efficient operations that conserve CEO’s time.
• Perform general administrative functions. managing and maintaining the CEO’s schedules/diary.
• Be a Key Person in Yalo managing office budget and expenses.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements; create detailed itineraries.
• Arrange internal and external meetings, including lodging and meeting accommodations, for groups large and small. – Handle sensitive business and confidential information with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
• Performing as an ambassador for the office of the Chief Executive with the goal to make any customer or visitor feel as VIP for YALO.
• Preparing corporate reports, minutes, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents requested by the CEO to support him make the best decision.
• Embrace unexpected duties or projects that will develop your creativity to general new solutions where anyone else can do it.
• Make people loves YALO by coordinating and organizing amazing events.

What We Are Looking For

• A person with Administration Certification, or equivalent
• Someone with the a high degree of competence in Microsoft Office and/or GDrives
• With previous experience as Executive or Administrative Assistant supporting one Executive and a hole team with administrative duties and coordinating activities such as customers events.
• Also, is great organizing information, working with a high level of attention to detail and willing to solve situations with super fast mode, the phrase “I will do it for tomorrow” does not exist in the mind.
• With super high communication skills in all ways as oral, writing and using images or what ever it takes to achieve others get the precise and clear idea.
• With knowledge of financial management, expenses and budgeting reports
